Product Introduction

QY series heavy-duty hardened cylindrical gear reducer is specially designed for lifting, traveling, luffing and slewing mechanisms of various cranes and electric hoists. It is divided into QYS three-support type and QYD foot-mounted base type, with 3-stage, 4-stage and combined 3+4-stage transmission structures available. Adopting welded steel housing and precision carburized grinding gears, this reducer delivers ultra-large torque output under heavy shock and alternating loads, featuring stable bidirectional operation and strong environmental adaptability for long-cycle industrial lifting equipment.
